Brian Ford will be running a course for all swimmers (16 years of age and above) and adults interested in gaining the basic level qualification of Swimming Coaching.
The course will run from 9.00am to 5.00pm at 2 Sundale Road, Traralgon and we will cover all strokes with junior swimmers from the Traralgon Swimming Club as demonstrators and coaching examples.
