Gippsland Junior District Competition Team 2025
Gippsland Swimming nominated and sent a representative team to the 8-11 Victorian Country Junior District Competition, an event hosted by SV. The District sent 8 swimmers, when available, in each event. There is a 50m event for each age group (8, 9, 10, 11) in each stroke as well as freestyle and medley relays.
The 2026 Victorian Country Junior District Competition was held at MSAC on November 21. Because the meet is held on November 21, swimmers age is calculated as at that date.
Our District has a proud history of winning the 8-11 meet and we endeavour to put together the best team available.
Swimmers will be given the opportunity to nominate for the Gippsland Team through a form which will be available here soon. Swimmers are chosen based on best times swum at local meets and Country SC this season between June 13 and November 7. Meets held outside our district will not be included in the database. The database of times will be periodically updated with new times.
